The winning team of three will receive some amazing prizes. Two team members will receive brand new laptop computers. The team leader will receive a full-paid trip by us from July 21-August 1, 2012 to accompany me, my family, my staff, and our missions team on a trip to Africa with Compassion International. We will fly from Oklahoma City to Nairobi, Kenya to do missions work with the legendary Masai. We will also probably be delivering some of the water buckets the winning team’s project bought.

We will finish the trip with a 3-day safari in the Serengeti staying at Kichwa Tembo in the Masai Mara.

For our 20th year, we have partnered with Compassion International to help provide clean drinking water to those in impoverished countries who do not have access to clean water. In March, my family went to Kenya with Compassion, and I saw first hand what life is like when you do not have access to clean water. The stories still haunt me.

This year we will name a second winner of our Cheetah Awards contest to the team of three that raises the most money to buy the most Water of Life water filters. These filters allow those who do not have access to clean water to get any water available, run it through a filter, and the water on the other end is 99.9% pure. One filter is $55 and typically supplies clean water to three families who otherwise would not have clean water. And best of all, the filter lasts literally 40 years.
